Invite people and set roles
Invite people by email and give each a role: owner, admin, billing admin, or member. Roles decide what each person can change and approve. A new person has context from day one, because the shared brain already knows the company, the customers, and the work in flight.
Shared teammates, shared brain
People on your team can work with the same teammates and open rooms together. Instead of pinging six colleagues, anyone can ask a teammate, which already knows your business, or bring one into a room to get something done.
Who pays for what
Each teammate's work is paid for by the person who owns it, and each member of your company is a seat on your plan. See Billing and plans for the details.
