Octopus22 is free to start. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with the full product and 10,000 credits, no card required.

Plans

There are three plans: Pro ($49/mo), Max ($99/mo), and Ultra ($199/mo). Every plan is the whole product: teammates with their own computers, the Company Brain, and 500+ connectors. Higher plans include more monthly usage, more powerful computers, and more teammates working at the same time. Ultra also includes the enterprise-security bundle: SSO, SCIM, domain enforcement, and an audit log.

Seats and usage

Each member of your company is a seat, billed at your plan's monthly price. Every seat adds credits to your company's balance each month (Pro 40,000, Max 80,000, Ultra 160,000), pooled into one shared amount for teams.

Credits are the one unit of usage. Everything a teammate does, from a quick reply to a long research task, uses credits in proportion to the work. There is one credits number: the meter on Billing and the ledger on Usage always agree.

Buying credits

When your credits run out, work pauses until the next billing period. To keep going, buy more on Billing (packs from 25,000 credits for $25, or any amount from 10,000). Bought credits go into the same balance, roll over month to month, and are paid up front, so nothing is ever added to a later invoice.

Turn on auto-reload to buy a fixed pack automatically whenever your credits drop below a threshold you choose. Each reload is a normal purchase on your saved card for exactly that amount, never more.

Manage your subscription

Owners and admins can change plans, buy credits, set up auto-reload, and download invoices from the Billing area in settings. Seats follow your member list automatically.
