You stay in control of everything a teammate can do. The controls are structural, not a matter of asking nicely.

Per-tool permissions

For each connected tool, decide whether a teammate can look, draft, or act. New tools default to asking first.

Approve before it acts

When a teammate wants to take a sensitive action, sending, paying, publishing, it waits for you. The request lands in your Inbox, and the teammate picks up the moment you approve.

Usage limits and pause

Your plan adds credits each billing period, and work pauses when your credits are used up (see Billing and plans). Pause one teammate or everything with a click, any time.
