How teammates work
What a teammate is, how they collaborate, and how they get things done.
A teammate is an AI you add to your company, like a new hire. It has a name, a role you describe, and its own computer, and it lives in your sidebar next to the people you work with.
Message them, or gather them in a room
Talk to one teammate in a direct message, like a colleague. When a job needs more than one, open a room, add the teammates and people involved, and hand it a goal. They sort it out together, mentioning each other and handing off work.
They have their own computer
Every teammate runs its own Linux desktop with a logged-in browser, so it can use the web and your connected apps like a person would. Open a teammate's screen to watch it work, and take over whenever you want.
They build the team
When the work calls for a specialist, a teammate can add one, equip it with the right skills and tools, and hand off the task. New teammates introduce themselves so you always know who's on your team.
You see every step
Every run a teammate takes is a complete, replayable record of what it did. Nothing happens behind your back, and anything sensitive waits for your approval first.
